Provide support and positive energy to the women’s basketball program through various
responsibilities, including:
– Maintain professional relationships with the players
– Collaborate with Assistant Coach on team management and travel
– Assist with recruiting
– Assist with summer camps
– Work with assistant on projects such as: social media posts, graphics, photography, videography, photo and video editing, and mailings. Previous experience not required, a willingness to learn is vital.
– Oversight of basketball equipment and gear
– Serve as video coordinator
– Willingness to participate in and oversee skill workouts
– Coordinate student-athlete community service
– Oversee team managers and scout players
-Eagerness to gain valuable insight and knowledge in all aspects of our basketball program with the ultimate goal of becoming a college basketball coach

Would also be interested in those who are looking at building their resume from
a sports marketing perspective, not just coaching

Qualifications: Bachelors Degree required

The part time assistant position will receive a $10,000 stipend plus an additional 3 graduate
credits per semester if interested in graduate school.
