The Assistant Women’s Basketball Coach will serve as Defensive Coordinator and/or Guard Coach for the Vermont State University Lyndon Hornets NCAA Division III women’s basketball program.

Responsibilities include leading defensive strategy implementation and guard development, completing scouting reports and film breakdown, and assisting with skill sessions, weight lifting, study hall, fundraising, and social media recruiting. Recruiting experience is a plus (not required).

The program operates under the philosophy “High Tide Raises All Ships” – Goal Driven Development focused on student-athlete success on and off the court.
