The position is full-time, 12-month, benefit eligible position and reports to the Head Women’s Basketball Coach and Director of Intercollegiate Athletics. The person in this position will assist with all aspects of running a competitive women’s basketball program, including but not limited to: identifying and recruiting successful student-athletes, skill development, scouting, monitoring student-athlete academic progress, and other duties as assigned. The selected candidate will also assist in organizing and running camps. The applicant must demonstrate leadership, recruiting and coaching skills, and knowledge of and adherence to compliance of all NCAA applicable procedures, rules, and regulations. The successful applicant will have demonstrated successful basketball playing and/or coaching experience, with collegiate experience preferred.
