The Assistant Coach is responsible for assisting the Head Coach in the management and administration of the Women’s Basketball program. The Assistant coach will have various recruiting, scouting, and coaching responsibilities as determined by the Head Coach. Will also be required to oversee academic progress of student-athletes while maintaining a close relationship with academic counselor. Responsible for maintaining compliance with all NCAA, ACC, institutional and departmental rules and regulations.

Requirements:

Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree, preferably two years coaching experience – including recruiting and scouting experience. Candidate must also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Must have knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations.
