This position will provide assistance in recruiting and scouting highly skilled student athletes while initiating oral and written correspondence and evaluating prospects from summer camps.  Assist with various coaching and training activities during games and practices.  Assist with game and practice preparation and player development.  Assist with scheduling.  Assist in monitoring the academic and athletic development of student athletes to ensure player eligibility and to support the educational goals of individual students.  Establish and implement promotional/marketing strategies to increase fan involvement and prmote community support.  Get team involved in community service projects.  Provide assistant in editing and evaluating video from practices and games.

Requires a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of two years expereince in college coaching.  An understanding of recruitment procedures and the technical fundamentals and principles of women’s basketball.  Strong communication skills.
