The Assistant Women’s Basketball Coach is an integral part of Trinity’s basketball program, working closely with the Head Coach to create an opportunity for players to excel in athletics and academics while growing spiritually.

Responsibilities:

• Work with Head Women’s Basketball Coach in all basketball related activities
• Implement and manage strength and conditioning for all players
• Partner with Coach to develop scouting reports
• Recruit student athletes for Trinity
• Participate in spiritual formation and spiritual growth of student players
• Coordinate team travel arrangements and transport team to games and activities
• Prepare for leadership in future JV team
• Monitor Graduate Assistant’s duties.
• Game day management responsibilities
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Supportive of Trinity’s mission and core values, commitment to a Christian lifestyle, and demonstration of character in keeping with biblical models
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 2 years coaching experience, collegiate preferred
• Ability to travel
• Driving record conducive to travel requirements for out of town games
