Under direct supervision of the Head Basketball Coach, assist with running a successful women’s basketball program.

 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist the Head Coach with the organization, administration, and implementation of the Women’s Basketball program.
  • Assist in evaluation and recruiting prospective student-athletes.
  • Help organize and develop individual/group workouts and practice plans
  • Assist in scouting opposing teams
  • Monitor academic progress, meet with student-athletes
  • Plan team travel in cooperation with head coach
  • Assist in fund-raising and promotion activities for the program
  • Manage social media account for women’s basketball
  • Other duties as assigned by the Head Coach.
