We are seeking a dynamic and energetic individual for the position of Assistant Coach in Women’s Basketball. This is a part-time, hourly position that will assist the head coach in the day to day operations of the team and will adhere to all policies and procedures of Thomas College, the Athletic Department and all rules/regulations of the NCAA Division III and NAC. Operations of the program include, but are not limited to, assisting the head coach with coaching practices and games, being actively involved in the recruiting process (involving travel for recruiting purposes), completing off-court responsibilities such as film exchange, player academic advisement, game film breakdown.
