Assists the head women’s basketball coach with all aspects of the women’s basketball program including recruiting, practices and conditioning, player development, public relations, and supporting the academic development and graduation of student-athletes.

Essential Functions
Assists the head women’s basketball coach with all aspects of the women’s basketball program including recruiting, practices and conditioning, player development, public relations, and supporting the academic development and graduation of student-athletes. Performs other duties, as assigned.

Beyond meeting minimum requirements, candidates will be evaluated in terms of how their experience and education have prepared them for Division I assistant coaching including recruiting, assisting with practice and conditioning, player and public relations, and supporting the academic development and graduation of student-athletes. Coaching philosophy must complement the philosophy of the head coach.
