Assist the head coach with floor coaching, player development, and pre and post-season conditioning.

Assists, as assigned, in preparations for competition; coaches individually or in groups, oversees practice of designated phase(s) of the game.

Assists in recruitment and public appearances.

Scouts and evaluates team competition.

Coaches special teams or activities as assigned, e.g., summer camp.

Reviews and reports on evaluations of present and prospective players.

Requires a Bachelor’s degree, with a minimum of two years of experience coaching and/or administration of basketball programs as a Graduate Assistant at Div. I Institution or at the NCAA Collegiate level or Professional level. Knowledge of University/TBR and OVC (Ohio Valley Conference) policies and regulations. Ability to recruit and communicate with prospective athletes and alumni. Knowledge of and skills in basketball.
