Southern Illinois University Edwardsville is seeking an Assistant Women’s Basketball Coach.  The Assistant Women’s Basketball Coach reports to the Head Coach and will assist in the planning and administration of all phases of the Division I program.  Specific duties include, but are not limited to:

• Supporting the goals and objectives of the SIUE Division I athletic program
• Assisting the Head Coach with organization of practices, recruitment, team travel, scouting, fund raising, academics, and any other area of responsibility as directed by the Head Coach
• Complying with University, Conference, and NCAA Division I rules and regulations
• Working cooperatively and responsibly with other departmental personnel
• Supporting the student-athlete concept and demonstrating concern for the health, safety, and welfare of each student-athlete
• Additional duties as assigned
