The Candidate will be required to assist the Head Women’s Basketball Coach with the day-to-day operations of the Women’s Basketball program activities such as scheduling practices, competition, and game preparation. He or she will be responsible for monitoring the academic progress and retention of student-athletes and assist to maintain the team at an acceptable Academic Progress Report level on the scale provided by the NCAA.

The candidate will assist the head coach in recruiting the best and most talented athletes available and will be responsible for properly documenting all recruiting activities. He or she must assist in monitoring the non-academic activities of student-athletes, to encourage greater personal growth and provide student-athletes with opportunities for life after athletics through academics, and must perform all other duties as assigned.
