Rider University, an NCAA Division I institution and member of the Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference (MAAC) seeks an individual for the position of Assistant Coach for Women’s Basketball. The position will assist in planning and organizing in all phases of an NCAA Division I program. The main responsibility will be to assist the head coach in all aspects of a competitive Division I women’s basketball program. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, recruiting, scouting, player development, and practice planning. Off the court, duties will include community outreach, academic advising, summer camp, and equipment. Other duties to be assigned as needed.
