To assist the head coach with all areas of team administration and management, including practice sessions, conditioning workouts, monitoring of athletes academic progress, and evaluation and recruiting of prospective athletes for the team.

Responsibilities:

• Will assist the head coach and other staff members with routine administrative responsibilities of the womens basketball program and management of the womens basketball team. This includes recruiting of players.
• Will adhere to and monitor compliance of all NCAA, Conference, System, University and departmental rules and regulations. Will report any violations of these established rules, that may arise, to the proper officials.
• Manages the enterprise, customarily recognized department, or subdivision of the enterprise.
