Peru State College seeks qualified applicants for Graduate Assistant – Women’s Basketball.

 

PSC is an NAIA athletic institution that supports nine athletic teams. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, academic supervision of student-athletes, assisting with camps and clinics, on-court practice responsibilities, scouting opponents, assisting with recruiting, and other duties as assigned by the Head Women’s Basketball Coach or the Assistant Women’s Basketball Coach. This position will report directly to the Head Women’s Basketball Coach.

 

Peru State College is seeking qualified applicants for a Graduate Assistant position in Women’s Basketball. This is a 10-month appointment (Aug – May) with the opportunity of renewal after the first year with the opportunity of renewal after the first year.  A bachelor’s degree is required.  Applicants must be accepted into a graduate program of study (online) at one of the three state colleges. Start date August 17, 2020. Compensation will be an annual $6,400 stipend, plus 18 hours graduate school tuition per year (student fee portion of online tuition rate and books will be the student’s responsibility). This position requires work hours outside of the normal workweek, including evening, weekend and holiday hours.
