To assist the head coach with recruiting, coaching, scheduling, strength and conditioning, NCAA compliance and other duties as assigned by the head coach.

Minimum Qualifications:

A bachelor’s degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience. Perform all job duties in a manner consistent with NCAA, League and University rules, regulations, ordinances, policies, procedures and guidelines. Experience coordinating academics and mentoring students. Working knowledge of the academic side of coaching. Proven successful recruiting experience. Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills. Organized with exceptional administrative and computer/technology skills.

Desired Qualifications:

Knowledge of NCAA Division I Compliance rules and regulations. Sports related Master’s preferred. Experience with recruiting software. Previous successful WBB DI experience. Successful D1 WBB administrative experience. Previous D1Coaching/Playing experience.
