Direct and manage all aspects of NCAA Division I Women’s Basketball program. Teach and coach players effectively, prepare practice training and game plans, oversee recruitment of student-athletes who are a good fit for Northeastern competitively and academically; provide distinct and meaningful student experience, supervise activities of assistant coaches and administrative/operations staff; maintain academic integrity of program; assist with fund raising; operate program within NCAA, University and Conference guidelines; demonstrate commitment to department mission and core values; participate in public relation activities; schedule non-conference games.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred. Successful coaching background on the NCAA Division I collegiate level is required; head coaching experience preferred. Thorough knowledge of recruiting practices and NCAA regulations required. Strong verbal and written communication skills are necessary.
