The primary purpose of a professional that specializes in the recruitment and development of student-athletes in the sport of women’s basketball. The candidate is responsible for all organizing and planning when it comes to the recruitment of Division I student-athletes. The candidate must be well educated in all NCAA/CAA legislation. The candidate is required to develop the individual skills of student-athletes through physical training and visual aids. Candidate must be confident in their ability to scheme and strategize scouts of opponents.
