The Assistant Head Women’s Basketball Coach is responsible for assisting and supporting the Head Women’s Basketball Coach in conducting the individual activities (recruiting, fund raising, scouting, summer camps, practice/game planning, etc.) of the Women’s Basketball program and fulfilling other duties as assigned by the Head Coach and/or the Director of Athletics. This includes practice competition activities, player skill development, recruiting, directing and implementing plans for daily practices and competitions, organizing and administering clinics, etc., and overall administrative tasks within the operation of the program. Must demonstrate integrity, leadership, a strong commitment and ability to motivate, teach, counsel, and recruit academically qualified students.
