ew Jersey Institute of Technology New Jersey Institute of Technology, a NCAA Division I institution and a member of the America East Conference, is accepting applications for an Assistant Women’s Basketball Coach. Under the direction of the Head Coach, the Assistant Coach will aid in all aspects of organizing, preparing and conducting individual and team practices and game preparation. Assist in the evaluation and recruitment of qualified prospective student-athletes. Oversee contest scheduling and the purchase of equipment and team apparel. Additional responsibilities include monitoring player development and supporting the academic advising efforts of The Learning Center. Establish and maintain effective relationships with NJIT Alumni, and represent the program at various institutional and community events. Provide assistance in the coordination and administration of the program. Other duties as assigned by the Head Coach or Director of Athletics.
