The Naval Academy Athletic Association has an immediate opening for Assistant Coach Women’s Basketball. The position will be responsible for shared organization and instruction of team practices and off-season workouts, and shared scouting/game prep on opponents. The qualified candidate will have three or more years experience coaching and recruiting at the college level. The candidate shall demonstrate the ability to recruit, pay attention to detail, enjoy problem solving and perform duties as assigned. The successful candidate shall also possess excellent writing and communication skills. The candidate shall demonstrate the ability to work hard, connect with a variety of people, and be organized, creative and adaptable.
