The Assistant Women’s Basketball Coach will assist the Women’s Basketball Program and staff with all duties that pertains to Morgan State, NCAA and MEAC Guidelines. The new incumbent will also serve as a liaison between the Women’s Basketball Program and the university community.

• Assisting the Head Coach with recruiting prospective student-athletes
• Assisting with pre/post practice set up
• Conducting eligibility reviews
• Assisting with monitoring the academic performance of student athletes
• Performing other duties as assigned

Experience:
A minimum of three (3) years of coaching experience is required.
Full knowledge of MEAC/NCAA rules and regulations and working knowledge of SYNERGY and Film Scouting is required.

Education:
The successful candidate must have achieved a Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from an accredited College or University.
