McKendree University is seeking a highly motivated individual to serve as a full-time assistant coach for the women’s basketball program at its Lebanon, IL campus. The Bearcats compete as members of the Great Lakes Valley Conference.

The successful candidate will have a bachelor’s degree and 2 year’s coaching experience. The coach will be responsible for assisting in recruiting student athletes to participate at the NCAA Division II level, assisting in player development/game management, scouting opponents, guiding athletes to be successful in the classroom, while maintaining compliance with all NCAA Division II guidelines and regulations.  Travel is required and ability to drive University vehicles.
