The Women’s Basketball Assistant Coach is responsible for assisting the Head Women’s Basketball Coach with the organization, administration, and promotion of the McCook CC Women’s Basketball program. Responsibilities include: assisting the head coach with recruiting, game and practice preparation, scouting, equipment inventory, fundraising, arranging travel, community involvement events, and providing positive leadership for student-athletes.

Note: This position can also be tied with a Residence Life Assistant position that includes an hourly wage plus room & board.
