Description:	Marywood University a Division III member of the NCAA and Atlantic East Conference is accepting applications for an Assistant Coach in the sport of Women’s Basketball. The Assistant Women’s Basketball Coach is responsible for assisting with the overall organization, direction, and administration of all facets of an NCAA Division III Program. Description of Duties: Assist the Head Coach with all phases of an NCAA Division III Women’s Basketball Program including but not limited to Assisting with the overall organization, direction, supervision and administration of the Women’s Basketball program. Duties include: recruiting student athletes within the rules and philosophy of both the NCAA and Marywood University Evaluating personnel Emphasizing academic priorities to student athletes Assisting with organizing/conducting practices and games Performing related administrative tasks Fundraising Coordinating team travel arrangements; Maintaining appropriate communication with students, other coaches, university staff, parents, and alumni. Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s degree Possession of a valid drivers license Experience playing and or coaching at the collegiate level. Experience/Knowledge of recruiting quality student athletes. Experience/Knowledge of conducting individual sessions and practices.
