To assist in the development, promotion and supervision of all facets of the university’s women’s Basketball program. Assist the head coach in overseeing the academic excellence of all student-athletes that are involved with the program. Assist with fundraising efforts and recruiting quality student-athletes for the future of the program.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assist the head coach in planning, preparing, and executing practice and game plans, strategies, and alternatives which are designed to bring success to the program.
• Assist the head coach with game preparation. Relate in a positive and effective manner with officials, opponents, parents, media, and the public.
• Assist the head coach in recruit quality athletes capable of pursuing the baccalaureate degree in accordance with the rules and regulations of the governing bodies and in such a manner that reflects the best interests of the program and the College.
• Assist the head coach in all fundraising activities for the program.
• Assist the head coach in preparing eligibility documentation for submittal to the Assistant AD/Compliance.
• Participate in annual continuing education pertaining to NCAA rules.
