Highland Community College (IL) is accepting applications for a Women’s Assistant Basketball Coach for the 2022-2023 season. High school diploma or equivalent required.

Highland is a Division I NJCAA program with a tradition of competitive athletic programs. This position will assist the Head Coach in planning,
organizing and directing a program to recruit student athletes for women’s basketball. Other duties will include on court coaching and
instruction, scouting and maintaining statistics. This position will be responsible for managing all aspects of the team social media accounts
including but not limited to posting team news, scores, and announcements. Must have valid driver’s license. Computer and videotaping skills a must. This is a part-time seasonal position paid with a stipend ($4500). There is potential for a quality paying job outside of coaching to supplement income.
