| Description: | Assistant Coach for Women’s Basketball and Head Men’s and Women’s Golf Coach Assist the Head Coach for Women’s Basketball with organization, development and implementation of a nationally competitive NAIA program. Primary duties will include: coordinating all aspects of recruiting; assisting in game preparation, scouting, fill exchange; assisting with on-floor coaching, training and skill development; and other duties assigned by the Head Coach. The successful candidate will have a knowledge and commitment to compliance with all NAIA, Great Plains Athletic Conference and College rules and regulations as well as a commitment to the full academic development of the student-athlete. The successful candidate will also serve as the Head Men’s and Women’s Golf Coach with the assistance of current head golf coach Todd Schlimgen. Responsibilities will include oversight of both programs; coordination of all aspects such as team travel, budgets, scheduling, conducting in-season and off-season work outs and practices. Bachelor’s degree required. Ideal candidate will have experience playing or coaching basketball at the collegiate level. A basic understanding of golf rules is preferred. |
