Under the direction of the head coach, perform all duties associated with running an NCAA Division III Women’s Basketball program.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: recruiting, coaching and developing student-athletes; assisting with practice and game preparation including planning of travel; game film breakdown (Synergy Sports); game management; and other duties as assigned. Strong oral and written communication and organizational skills required. The successful candidate will have a strong work ethic and a commitment to the College, the Old Dominion Athletic Conference (ODAC) and NCAA Division III philosophy and rules.
