Fort Scott CC competes in the NJCAA representing the Kansas Jayhawk Community College Conference. Responsibilities include assisting the head coach with recruiting, player development, practices, games and all other facets of a program.

Qualifications include previous collegiate level coaching experience and a minimum of a bachelor’s degree. Master’s preferred with GA experience.

Salary: 30k. Includes free housing and meal plan. Additional income opportunities for assistant coaches are possible through jobs on campus.
