| Description: | Florida International University in Miami is seeking applications for an Assistant Women’s Basketball Coach. FIU is a member of Conference USA and offers eighteen (18) NCAA Division I sports programs. The successful candidate will assist the Head Women’s Basketball Coach with activities associated with the program and student athletes, including recruitment, monitoring academic performance and social development, maintaining discipline and development programs, fundraising activities, coordinating summer camps, pre- and post conditioning, scheduling of practices and games. Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in an appropriate area of specialization and one (1) year of coaching experience at the high school level or above. |
