Responsibilities include recruiting, film breakdown, fundraising, player development, and monitoring of academics while engaging in the community and reflecting the values of the athletic department and institution.

Required skills and qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree

Previous playing/coaching experience

Understanding of NCAA rules

Ability to locate and recruit qualified student-athletes

Understanding of film breakdown, computer skills

Strong verbal and written communication skills
