The Athletic Department at Dean College is currently looking for an assistant women’s basketball coach. The Athletic Department is transitioning to NCAA Division III provisional status in 2017/2018 and will compete in the New England Collegiate Conference (NECC). This individual will assist the head coach with the organization and supervision of all aspects of the women’s basketball program including but not limited to: recruitment of qualified student-athletes with a commitment to academic success, ability to relate to student-athletes, compliance with NCAA policies and regulations, daily coaching, assisting in practice preparation, individualized instruction, game planning, strength and conditioning, fundraising, scouting, film exchange community engagement, camps and clinics, and other duties as assigned by the Head Coach and/or Athletic Director.

The position is a part-time position, to begin immediately. Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree with college coaching or playing experience preferred.
