The assistant coach position is responsible for assisting the head coach in all aspects and phases in the direction, supervision, management and promotion of a NJCAA Division I level program within the guidelines of the NJCAA and Mon-Dak Conference.  Preference to those with in-depth experience in the scouting of opponents as well as game preparation including the use of Synergy, FastScout, FastDraw, or other comparable resources to present necessary information to coaching staff and student-athletes; splice game film for scouting and evaluation.
