Position Title: Assistant Women’s Basketball Coach
Department: Athletics Department
Reports To: Women’s Head Basketball Coach
Employment Type: Full-time, 10 month Exempt

Position Summary:
Culver-Stockton College invites applications for the position of Assistant Women’s Basketball Coach.
This is full-time position is responsible for assisting in teaching the sport of Basketball and administering the operation of the program. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Teaching the sport of Basketball for the women’s team
  • Assisting in administration of the women’s basketball program
  • Recruiting high quality student athletes
  • Planning and coordinating practices
  • Assisting with player skill development

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree and/or coaching or playing at an elite level of competition
  • Previous high school or college coaching and/or playing required.

 

  • Previous experience in recruiting qualified student athletes is preferred.
  • Must have the ability to work effectively with students and colleagues and have a strong commitment to undergraduate liberal arts education.
  • PC skills including, but not limited to, word processing and spreadsheets, knowledge of Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Publisher, Internet and e-mail.
