Description: | Concordia University Women’s Basketball program invites applicants to the part-time position of Assistant Women’s Basketball Coach, located on the Ann Arbor Campus. Concordia University is affiliated with the Lutheran Church-Missouri Synod. Concordia University is an NAIA institution competing in the Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference for Women’s Basketball. This is a part-time position that reports to the Head Coach. Minimum Qualifications: 1-3 Years Relevant Coaching/Playing Experience Bachelor’s Degree Preferred Qualifications: Collegiate Coaching Experience Relevant Recruiting Experience Minimum Responsibilities: Available 4-6 nights weekly Attend all scheduled varsity games Assist in on & off campus recruiting Able to provide knowledge and expertise in the sport of basketball for practice and game preparation, on-court development, and opponent scouting Comfortable leading small or large groups through skill development Preferred Responsibilities: Attend/Call-In to weekly staff meetings Operations Assistance: o Social Media o Fundraising o Community & Alumni Outreach Compensation: This is a part-time, stipend-position. Stipend range is dependent upon individual qualifications and experience.
