This position as Assistant Coach is responsible for assisting in the development, coaching, organization and management of the team with which they are working. In addition this position is responsible for assisting with the recruitment of prospective student-athletes.

1. Assist the head coach with teaching and developing the athletic skills of student-athletes
2. Assist the head coach with the student-athletes and student-managers.
3. Assist the head coach in recruiting prospective student-athletes.
4. Participates in team contests, practices, fundraising projects and other programs sponsored by the Athletic Department.
5.  Demonstrate compliance with NCAA Division III, NEAC and CSE Rules and Regulations.
6. Assist with the maintenance of all related sports equipment.
7. Assist with game day management
8. Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree and previous, successful coaching experience at the high school or college level required. Must also possess:

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills,
• recruiting experience,
• knowledge of NCAA Division III rules and regulations
• CPR/AED Certification,
• First Aid Certification, and a
• Valid Driver’s License.
