Job Description:

STATEMENT OF DUTIES:  Responsible for attending all contests and practices and assisting the head coach in the organization and supervision of the Bristol Community College Women’s basketball program for the 2017-2018 season.

SUPERVISION REQUIRED: Reports to the Athletic Director.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITITES:

• Assist with the recruitment of potential student athletes.
• Prepare scouting reports.
• Assist with the management and planning of practice.
• Assist the Head Assistant Coach with game management, counseling and mentoring of student athletes through the academic year.
• Assist with team fundraising and other team building events.
• Represent Bristol Community College in a professional manner.
