| Description: | The assistant coach will assist the Head Coach in administering all phases of a Community College Program. Job Duties to include, but not limited to: On Court Coaching Recruitment Scouting reports and film breakdown Team organization (Organize road trips, Pre-& Post-game meals) Organizing Annual Lady Bear Classic Assist with fundraising Academics – Class checks, study hall/grade checks Other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications: Experience at the Collegiate Level as a Player or Coach Completion of Associate Degree
Preferred Qualifications: Completion of Bachelor Degree Experience at the collegiate level as a player or coach Experience with Hudl / Presto Sports /video editing |
