The Assistant Women’s Basketball Coach will assist the head coach in all aspects of daily operations of a Division I intercollegiate women’s basketball program, works within the Department of Athletics, and corresponds with parents, recruits, visiting teams, and community members.

This position will assist with:

• Instructs the women’s basketball team assigned fundamentals and skills necessary for a successful program
• Player development; overseeing the academic progress of student-athletes
• On-court coaching
• On and off campus recruiting; scouting
• Practice and game planning/preparation
• Budget management
