The Valparaiso University Department of Athletics is seeking a full-time assistant women’s basketball coach/recruiting coordinator. We are an NCAA Division I institution and a member of the Horizon League.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in day-to-day program operations.
• Plan & implement player development workouts.
• Prepare scouting reports on opponents.
• Assist in all recruiting responsibilities.
• Provide academic monitoring for assigned student-athletes.
• Organize and receive approval to coordinate team building seminars.
• Assist in marketing & community relations.
• Assist with Girls’ Summer Basketball Camps.
• Other duties as assigned.
