Assist the Head Coach in recruiting, building and directing the women’s basketball program at the NCAA Division I level.

Essential Functions and percent of time:

40% – Recruiting: Work with coaching staff in talent assessment, recruiting, database management, letter system, writing schedule, official and unofficial campus visit, phone calls, summer and fall and high school and junior college games evaluations.
25% – Player Development: Work with small group of student athletes developing their skill in ball-handling, passing, shooting and scoring.
15% – Budgeting: Formulating & maintaining accurate records regarding expenditures in order to maintain budgetary requirements.
10% – Regulations Compliance: Assist in the program’s adherence to all regulations set by the NCAA, the Horizon League and Wright State University.
10% – Student athlete academic and continuing eligibility monitoring.
