The primary purpose of the position is to serve as the Assistant Women’s Basketball Coach. Responsibilities include assisting the Head Coach with administrative duties as well as management of the women’s basketball program in accordance with the policies and philosophies of the Central Intercollegiate Athletic Association (CIAA) and the NCAA.
The Assistant Women’s Basketball Coach will be responsible for assisting the Head Coach in all aspects of administering the women’s basketball program, including coaching, training, recruiting, public affairs and academic monitoring. Specific responsibilities include management of academic initiatives, coordination of team travel, scouting of opponents, and recruiting. Candidate shall fulfill additional duties as assigned by the Athletic Director.
