Manage all aspects of the sport program, including but not limited to: recruitment and retention of academically and athletically qualified student-athletes, day to day operations, coaching and conditioning of athletes, practice and game preparation, team travel and budget management, and compliance with NCAA, conference, and college rules and regulations.
