The University of West Georgia is seeking a qualified candidate to fill the position of Assistant Coach for women’s basketball. The candidate must support the mission of the University of West Georgia, the UWG Athletic department and the UWG basketball philosophy. The University of West Georgia is a Division II member of the Gulf South Conference. The candidate must be energetic, professional and committed to improving the University of West Georgia basketball standings in the GSC and the region. This position assists with running a competitive Division II Women’s Basketball team program. This position is responsible for recruiting, academic liaison, development and will work with the Head Coach to achieve the mission and goals of the program.
