This role of this position is to provide assistance to the Head Coach of Women’s Basketball by providing leadership, organization, technical expertise, and training and development t the student athlete with respect to producing a competitive Women’s Basketball Program. Other responsibilities include recruiting, scouting, practice and individual workouts, game-day duties, coordinating team managers, and male practice players, helping to monitor players’ academic progress, aiding Head Coach with compliance forms and record keeping, attending community service events with players, and helping to direct summer camps and clinics.
