Assist the head coach in the organization and supervision of all aspects of the program including, but not limited to, the recruitment of quality athletic and academic student-athletes; scheduling; organizing and conducting practices/competitions, overseeing student-athletes’ academic progress; fundraising; community involvement; and compliance with NCAA, America East Conference and University of Hartford rules and regulations. Other duties as assigned by the head coach.
