The assistant coach will assist the head coach in all facets of operating an accomplished Division I women’s basketball program. Duties include, but are not limited to, skills training and development of student-athletes, the coordination of all staff recruiting, travel and player evaluations, practice and game plan preparation, and assisting with camps. The assistant coach is expected to assist the head coach to create positive opportunities to build team chemistry and success. This and all University of Dayton coaches are charged with adhering to NCAA, Atlantic 10 Conference, and University rules.
