This coach will assist the head coach in all facets of operating an accomplished Division I women’s basketball program. This position is charged with training quality collegiate student-athletes and promoting a winning chemistry on the team. Duties of this position include player development, scheduling, planning and implementation of practices, game preparation, recruiting, and assisting with camps. All University of Dayton Athletics employees are expected to comply with all laws, policies, rules and regulations governing the University, the NCAA and the Atlantic 10 Conference. The successful candidate should be able to demonstrate a commitment to the highest ideals of leadership, sportsmanship and academics and have experience working with people from diverse backgrounds.
