The University of Cincinnati, a NCAA Division I institution and member of the American Athletic Conference, is seeking a qualified candidate for the position of Assistant Coach.  Under general supervision of the Head Women’s Basketball Coach, selected candidate will provide ideas, implement concepts, and support the Women’s Basketball Program.

Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

• All aspects of the recruitment and retention of student-athletes
• On/off court individual player and team development and relationships, scheduling, practice and game preparation and management
• The formulation and presentation of scouting reports.
• Must be able to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
• Other important skills include organizational ability, problem solving, and working with a diverse population of faculty, staff, and students.
• Must adhere to the mission and compliance regulations set by the Women’s Basketball Program, Athletic Department, and NCAA.
